Aspiration needed
Great Tim,
I really appreciate your suggestion, this can help to brainstorm on the simplest idea to a special one.
Really need you guys to let me know on the odds and ends so i can improve on these ideas.
Thanks
Hardly an original idea !
Hi , Sorry to inform you but these dessert-only-restaurants have existed for centuries in India as your around the corner sweet shops and now even as chains across the country selling an assortments of fresh dairy made sweets . Either one can stand/sit and partake the delicacies or take a parcel home. The good news is that this is a highly lucrative idea . The big chains have come out with canned sweets also which have a definitive shelf life. Go for it !!!

Hi Nanako, I like the idea,
Hi Nanako,
I like the idea, but I somehow have the feeling that it's not unique and I do not see how you will make additional cash.
E.g. in Belgium there are certain restaurants which only offer desserts, coffee and tea.
One of them also differentiates itself by also selling all the furniture and porcelain available in the restaurant. This is of course a very nice concept if you make sure that your place is stuffed with the most old fashioned furniture and the most desirable little gadgets.
Once again, I like the basic idea but I believe there's a lot of finetuning to do to make it an attractive and unique concept. I'm certainly willing to help you think about it
greetz,
Tim
