Back in the day when Yogurt was surging over ice cream, there was a chain who decided to go National. I am not sure how relevant the rise to success and its inevitable failure is, but it might be worth a reference to anyone looking to return into the chain Yogurt enterprise.

Yes this industry will be for the health concious, i need to know when you make the yogurt what is the strain you use for the yougurt. There are many strains , some gives you a coarse finish , and some very smooth.
