Great idea. We already have bento delivery by phone though in Indonesia
Bento FF Restaurant
I just don't see what would be so revolutionary or new about the idea. Bento restaurants have been around for decades. The only intriguing aspect may be that the customer will be able to compose their own, individual bento box from what I understand is a sort of walk-by buffet.

I think this is a great idea. I believe singaporean will loves this.
In fact I was thinking of starting a malaysian style bento service in KL. Getting the site up and marketing it is no issue but the only issue that stops me from starting this idea is the food itself. Can't find the appropriate and reliable chef for the job unless i fork out a big sum for the chef, then the delivery part is another issue. So if you want to do this, you really have to have the solutions to all these issues.
Just my 2 cents.
