I think for the middle income group, there are other options that are open to them like Bonds and Investment funds. You will also have to fend off the insurance services taking a big piece of the pie. The key to success, in my humble opinion, would be the one that manages the funds. He or she must have a VERY good track record and there must be assurances given to the investors.

hmmm... well james i havn gt such exact calculation or formula of investing.. but as per my knowledge borrowing money or taking money frm sum1 is not as profitable as much as u invest ur own money.. as the rates goin to rise up in return the % amnt of money return to thm wil also rise... in shrt not much profit..

Maybe an website with established companies that need money. People find some company, meet the owners and buy some portion of the business.
One big question is the Legal question, must vary from country to country. Another thing is protection against fraud.

I am from Ukraine. Currently we got a deposits in US dollars for corporate clients about 10.00%. How much is it in USA?
I just propose to do something that banks do. Just take money from USA transfer it to other country, put it to deposits, goverment bonds etc. and earn money.
What do you think about it?

only what i'm doing is not only connect entrepreneurs to investor, but also help them to get a loan from our associate banks.

connecting investor to entrepreneur was very interesting and would be helpfull. btw, makelar.net you mentioned above is still under reconstruction. makelar is indonesian lang that mean broker to me. is it? sounds like ebay..

yes, we use the word 'broker' solely to express our position as 'the middlemen'.
unlike ebay, no transaction done in our site. we are just providing a medium, and a little help maybe, so hopefully the funding may be realized.

Thats a very good idea, like the saying goes money grows.
People that are rich will get richer as they have lots of funds and capital to invest, thus for those having enuf but not more than enough gotta join forces.
