1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Specific Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
"Member" means any person who registers or subscribes to Gogme.biz
"Gogme.biz","Gogme" means this website and all pages contained within it
The headings or titles to the Clauses in these Specific Terms and Conditions are to facilitate reference and shall not be referred to or relied upon in the construction of any provision of these Specific Terms and Conditions.
2. Disclaimer
THIS SITE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE SOLICITATION OF INVESTMENT IN ANY SECURITY. THIS SITE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OR FORM PART OF, AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS, ANY OFFER FOR SALE OR SUBSCRIPTION OF, OR ANY INVITATION TO OFFER TO BUY OR SUBSCRIBE FOR, ANY SECURITIES.
Gogme reserves the sole and unconditional right to change these Terms and Conditions at its discretion from time to time without giving prior notice. Any reference to products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof, or any affiliation therewith, by Gogme.
Under no circumstances will Gogme be responsible for any loss or damage, these includes any loss or damage to any personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service, any User Content or Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on or through Gogme.biz or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between users of Gogme.biz, whether online or offline.
3. Fees And Services
Joining Gogme.biz and using its services to share business ideas and network with fellow entrepreneurs is free. Pledging to become a co-owner of any Gogme Initiatives is free of charge as well. Co-ownership registration starts when a targeted number of pledged members is reached. We may blacklist members who do not fulfill their pledge.
We do charge fees for providing nominee shareholder service and business registration processing. You may view our fees schedule which we may change from time to time. Changes of fees schedule are effective after we provide you with at least fourteen days' notice by posting the changes on Gogme.biz. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on Gogme.biz.
All administrative fees are non refundable. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars.
4. Privacy
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you give permission for Gogme to use the supplied personal details for verification purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. All sensitive personal information provided to Gogme by you will be kept strictly confidential.
5. Copyright and limitations on use
All Content available through the Service and the Website, including certain copyrighted material, compilations of individual data, trademarks and service marks are the proprietary property of Gogme.biz, its users and its licensors. Except for any information available in the public domain, content in the Website cannot be copied, modified, published, performed, distributed, copied, reproduced, displayed, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Gogme’s express written consent in each case.
6. Linking
You may link to our home page or link to material contained at other levels within the site. As Gogme.biz is unable to supervise these external sites and sources, it cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external sites and sources, and cannot be responsible for their content, advertising, products, Services or any other element made available on or from any of these external sites or sources.
7. Indemnity
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED AT THE LAW, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD GOGME, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.
8. Severability
In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained herein shall for any reason be held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions had never been contained herein, and the provision shall be modified to permit it to be enforced in keeping with the intended meaning to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and We/You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
