My interest and passion is to help people to express themselves in a manner where they are more at ease and can perform effectively in their work or personal environment via counseling and verbal communication; achieve direction and solace; guide to build a strong and supportive foundation; bring forward the positive and deal successfully with the negative. Experience and patience allow me to empower, motivate and lead by guidance through my training in counseling and staff management. I enable people to identify and overcome obstacles, and set realistic and achievable goals.
